A: Orders placed Monday-Friday by 4:00pm EST will be shipped the same day, orders outside of this window will be shipped next business day.

A: Yes, we use all non-descript boxes to ship your packages in making your packages 100% discreet.
Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping?
A: In the event any of your boxes are damaged during shipping you must file a complaint with your driver upon delivery. It is smart to take a picture and document the damage. Always keep the damaged boxes and packing materials. This is necessary for your claim with the carrier
Q: What if I receive a defective item?
A: Products with manufacturer defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Contact us email@example.com. Use your order number as the subject of the email. All returns require a return authorization number before we can accept item back.
Q: Is my credit card secured?
A: YES! Your credit card information is never put into our website. Once your credit card is entered into our PayPal payment processing system the numbers are blocked out so no one has access to that information.
