Orders placed Monday-Friday by 4:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day. Orders outside of this window will be shipped next business day.

We strive to ship all orders placed during business hours the same day, but our turnaround time is 24 hours (1 business day) for all orders.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority (depending on what option is selected at checkout).

Yes, we use all non-descript boxes to ship your packages in making your packages 100% discreet.

In the event any of your boxes are damaged during shipping, you must file a complaint with your driver upon delivery. It is smart to take a picture and document the damage. Always keep the damaged boxes and packing materials. This is necessary for your claim with the carrier

Products with manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at info@sensationalvibes.com. Use your order number as the subject of the email. All returns require a return authorization number before we can accept the item back.

YES! Your credit card information is never put into our website. Once your credit card is entered into our PayPal payment processing system the numbers are blocked out so no one has access to that information.
